Inputs

Attach all source materials first. Run these prompts in order within the same conversation. Review and approve each output before continuing, especially positioning, scope, and pricing.

Add this rule to every prompt:

Use supplied sources as the only evidence. Never invent clients, results, testimonials, metrics, or credentials. Label strategic assumptions.

1. Position the business

Review the source materials and recommend one focused advisory business based on my experience and expertise. Define the target company, buyer, urgent problem, buying triggers, positioning statement, differentiated point of view, competitor categories, and strongest documented proof. Favor premium, repeatable work one expert can deliver.

2. Create the offers

Build three offers: a paid diagnostic, fixed-scope strategic engagement, and fractional partnership. For each, define the outcome, best-fit trigger, price, timeline, activities, deliverables, client responsibilities, meetings, revisions, exclusions, and next step. Price for funded companies and executive-level business impact.

Approve the offers before creating sales materials.

3. Build the sales deck

Create an editable eight-slide deck for the target persona. Make it a buyer story, not a capability brochure. Cover: outcome, cost of the problem, moments when help is needed, future state, offers, approach, selective proof, and one next step. Use one idea per slide, minimal copy, and the brand guidelines. Check for overlap, overflow, unsupported claims, internal language, and redundant elements.

4. Prepare outreach

Write a warm introduction request, cold email, and LinkedIn message. Lead with a recognizable business trigger, not the expert's biography. Keep each concise, specific, credible, and focused on booking a short introductory call.

5. Plan the first 30 days

Create a four-week plan that can run alongside a full-time job. For each week, list the objective, activities, and numeric targets. Prioritize warm contacts, then targeted cold outreach. Track: target, contacted, replied, call booked, proposal sent, and won/lost.
